As a Business Analysis Specialist, you will be part of the Point of Sale team, contributing to the analysis of Mexico PPG's Point of Sale needs within our paint industry. You will analyze requirements sourced from concessionaires and internal business teams and report to the IT Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze detailed business, functional, and technical requirements for Point of Sale
- Create specifications based on the requirements analysis
- Support application testing, maintenance, and support in case needed to verify testing performance vs production
- Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Development teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- Adopt and promote QA by collaborating with the WA team and writing test scenarios
- Provide on‑call support and help with production issue resolution

Qualifications

- 5 years of experience in IT requirements analysis, translating them into specifications and designing systems




- Experience with writing test scenarios according to the specifications delivered
- Experience helping development teams identify issues in production systems
