Responsibilities

- Develop and sequence daily and weekly production schedules based on SAP planning outputs.
- Coordinate with production teams to optimize order sequencing, reduce downtime, and adjust plans according to demand changes.
- Monitor inventory levels and confirm material availability before releasing production orders.
- Track work-in-progress (WIP), open orders, and constraints to ensure continuous production flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, logistics, and operations to ensure supply chain alignment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and material control processes.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in production planning, materials management, or demand analysis within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.




- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to solve operational problems, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing production conditions.
