Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead improvements and projects.
- Execute high complexity tasks and projects.
- Maintain high performance expectations.
- Lead teams from different areas.
- Perform Tasks I, II, III.
- Determine.
- Select new technologies for cutting tools.
- Introduce new technology and tools to improve current manufacturing processes.




- Monthly supervision.
- Make critical decisions and solve problems that may affect company goals.
- Influence business outcomes.
- Supervise mature–senior employees.
- Responsible for the team’s tasks.
- Use judgment and creativity to make changes, negotiate when needed.
- Analyze and impact company decisions.
- Conduct analysis to support departmental decisions and influence other areas.
- Mentor and train staff.

Other Requirements:

- Knowledge of numerical control machines.
- Training matrix.
- Training for ME - NC.
