Field Recruiter

As a Field Recruiter, you will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding hourly employees for various positions. This entry-level role focuses on learning and applying recruitment processes, building relationships with candidates, and ensuring the hiring process runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and internal systems to source candidates for hourly positions.
- Conduct outreach to passive candidates and engage in direct recruitment efforts.
- Review applications to assess qualifications.
- Conduct on-site interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for positions.
- Create and post job ads on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of hourly candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate information in Workday.
- Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Ensure a positive experience for new hires from offer acceptance to the first day of work.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates.
- Assist in maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports.




- Participate in team meetings to share insights, challenges, and candidate feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruiting direct roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Workday (a plus).
