About Us
NextGen Ventures is a global B2C iGaming holding company focused on building, acquiring, and scaling innovative gaming and entertainment brands across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Through a combination of cutting-edge technology, strategic partnerships, and localized market expertise, we create scalable gaming brands built for long-term growth. At NextGen Ventures, we combine entertainment, technology, and data-driven operations to deliver engaging user experiences across regulated and emerging markets worldwide. Our mission is to redefine the future of online gaming through innovation, global expansion, and premium digital entertainment.
About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized, technically minded CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to execute lifecycle campaigns across multiple consumer brands in our portfolio, reaching players in the sports betting and casino gaming space. This is a direct-to-consumer marketing role focused on engaging, retaining, and reactivating our existing player base through in-app messaging, push, and email — not a sales, business development, or lead generation position.
You'll work hands-on in Braze to build and QA campaigns spanning onboarding, retention, pre-churn, and reactivation, partnering closely with marketing and engineering to make sure every campaign hits the right audience, on time, and in line with retention and revenue goals. This is an idóneo role for someone who thrives at the intersection of consumer lifecycle marketing, marketing technology, and creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
Build, test, and deploy lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging in Braze, covering onboarding, retention, pre-churn, and reactivation moments
Manage promotional campaigns targeted to specific player segments
Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure CRM workflows are technically sound and reach the right audience at the right lifecycle stage
Perform QA and troubleshooting for dynamic content, personalization logic, segmentation, and deliverability
Maintain campaign calendars, documentation, and creative asset libraries across brands
Contribute both operational and creative input to lifecycle and promotional initiatives
Track and report on engagement, retention, and reactivation metrics, flagging issues or anomalies
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
Fully ramped on our Braze setup, segmentation logic, and QA process across [brand count] brands
Independently owning campaign builds for at least one full lifecycle stage (e.g., onboarding or reactivation)
Contributing to campaign calendar planning and cross-functional syncs with engineering
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in consumer (B2C) CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, or a similar support function — experience engaging and retaining an existing user base, not sales or lead generation
Hands-on experience with Braze or a comparable customer engagement platform (e.g., Iterable, Optimove, CleverTap)
C1 English proficiency required — this role collaborates daily with global teams, primarily based in the US
Experience in or strong interest in the American sports betting and casino gaming industry
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Comfortable communicating cross-functionally, including with engineering
Passion for consumer digital products in sports, gaming, or entertainment
Location: Monterrey, Nuevo Leon (Onsite)
