1 Lead and execute the plant SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process.
2 Balance customer demand with manufacturing and supplier capabilities
3 Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with business requirements.
4 Ensure execution of purchasing strategies aligned with cost, quality, and service objectives.
5 Monitor supplier capacity and delivery performance to ensure compliance with the production plan
6 Track purchasing KPIs and develop preventive action plans to mitigate supply risks.
7 Execute the MRP process ensuring optimal inventory levels and material availability
8 Define inventory strategies (safety stock, buffers, and strategic inventories).
9 Coordinate with Production, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance to ensure sales plan execution

Qualifications
Preferred Education Level
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or specialized degree in planning/logistics/ purchasing. APICS preferred.
Years and Area of Experience Required
- 3-5 years Supply Chain experience / 2 year´s of experience in a leadership role
- Manufacturing background
- Understanding of SIOP process. Knowledge of Excel and SAP experience. Experience working in ISO/IATF environments.
