- High School graduated (required)
- Advanced English skills
- 1 year of experience as Service Desk, Helpdesk and/or troubleshooting software and hardware.
- Experience with tools like Teamviewer.
Functions:
- Provides helpdesk support to users in the USA.
Job location:
- Downtown area in Guadalajara.
- To work part-time from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on weekdays and from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekends, with 2 days off.
