**Position Responsibilities**- Document customer financial status and collection efforts.
- Provide superior service to customers and other departments including the Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams.
- Review department processes and recommend workflow improvements.
**Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree **preferred.
**




- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) -**100% in both verbal and written forms.
- 1+ years of Collections or Customer Service experience.
- Strong understanding of collections processes and systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
