**ABOUT THIS ROLE**
We're looking for a **NOC Technician** to help ensure the stability, availability, and performance of RIA's integral production systems.
You'll monitor critical platforms, respond to alerts, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate communication across engineering teams, vendors, and partners.
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor large-scale production systems and respond to alerts in real time.
- Identify, document, and escalate incidents to engineering teams.
- Support troubleshooting of connectivity, transmission, API, and deployment issues.
- Participate in incident bridges and assist with root-cause identification.
- Perform system and server health checks and deliver daily operational reports.




- Work in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and remote work.
- Maintain accurate ticketing and operational documentation.
- Basic SQL (queries).
- Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Nagios, ICINGA, Uptrends, Opsgenie, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Azure, VMware, TCP/IP networking
- Scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or batch)
- Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems
- Familiarity with ITIL or COBIT frameworks
- Advanced English (spoken & written)
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Clear communicator; detail‐oriented; self‐driven
