Mission

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Electrical/Electronic Engineer to join our global development team. This role is responsible for the development, validation, and industrialization of automotive components, with a strong focus on battery systems and electromechanical technologies. The idóneo candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and contribute to the development of automotive components, particularly battery systems and electromechanical components
- Apply knowledge of battery management systems (BMS) and electromechanical technologies throughout the product lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with automotive E/E architecture requirements, including EMC, FMEA, and packaging constraints
- Coordinate and support validation activities to ensure product performance, quality, and reliability
- Manage and collaborate with suppliers, including technical reviews and issue resolution
- Apply quality tools and methodologies, supporting customer claim analysis and resolution
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation using MS Office and standard engineering tools




- Present technical concepts, project status, and results to internal stakeholders and global leadership
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure project alignment and success

Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in automotive component development
- Strong experience in battery systems and/or electromechanical components (preferred)
- Solid understanding of automotive E/E architecture, EMC requirements, FMEA, and packaging constraints
- Experience with validation processes and supplier management
- Familiarity with quality tools, methodologies, and customer claim handling
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and technical documentation
