We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our team.
This position is ideal for students in their final semesters of an Accounting or Finance-related degree who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and record monthly accruals and accounting entries for both U.S. and Mexico operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Review, reconcile, and prepare expense reports related to corporate credit cards for both U.S. and Mexico entities.
- Generate and analyze cost reports to support management decision-making and profitability assessments.
- Monitor accounts receivable and perform collection activities to ensure timely customer payments and healthy cash flow.
- Review accounts payable transactions, vendor balances, and payment schedules to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Prepare and maintain sales and financial reports, providing meaningful insights to management.
- Ensure timely follow-up, completion, and documentation of assigned tasks, projects, and departmental responsibilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and process improvements.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, account reconciliations,



and audit requests as required.
- Provide support in additional accounting, finance, and administrative activities as needed by the department.
**Requirements**:
- Currently enrolled in the final semesters of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong ability to follow through and close out tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
**What We Offer**:
- Monthly stipend of $8,000 - $11,000 MXN net according to experience

- 5-hour workdays, Monday to Friday (morning schedule)
