As a Plant Optimization you will support the implementation and sustainment of the Goodyear Production System (GPS) to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and manufacturing performance.

**What You Will Do**:
- Support GPS implementation and sustainment across the Manufacturing Unit.
- Coach and train employees on Lean and GPS methodologies.
- Conduct audits and monitor process compliance.
- Support Daily Management Systems (DMS) and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify improvement opportunities and escalate risks when needed.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, VSM, Kaizen, and problem-solving tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
