**Sourcing Manager**
We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing strategies for direct and indirect materials within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
This role is responsible for securing competitive suppliers, optimizing cost, ensuring quality, and enabling on-time deliveries in alignment with corporate objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and execute local sourcing strategies aligned with KPIs and business targets.
- Manage supplier development, performance, negotiations, and commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Finance on feasibility analysis and project execution.
- Oversee key sourcing processes such as benchmarking, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Resolve supplier escalations involving delivery, service,



or quality issues.
- Guide and develop the procurement team to achieve strong performance and cross-functional collaboration.
**Requirements**:
- Advanced English.
- Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills.
- Knowledge of Quality systems, Supplier Development, Engineering processes, and Logistics.
- Advanced Project Management experience.
- High proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision making.
- Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar procurement leadership role.
