Junior Technical Recruiter (Hybrid – Querétaro, Mexico)

We are looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter who is excited about taking on new professional challenges and enjoys connecting with people to help them reach their full potential.

- Hybrid work schedule: 3 days onsite (Monday–Wednesday) and 2 days remote (Thursday and Friday)

Who we're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- Advanced conversational English (required)
- Previous recruitment knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Experience with administrative tasks

- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify potential candidates
- Conduct candidate interviews
- Schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers
- Constant contact with clients and lead generation
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle
