We are looking for a Team Lead - US Taxation to manage tax engagements and lead a team delivering tax preparation services to U.S. CPA firms.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and manage U.S. tax returns.
- Supervise Tax Associates and ensure quality deliverables.
- Handle complex tax returns and tax planning assignments.
- Communicate directly with CPA firms and clients.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. tax laws and deadlines.
- Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Manage workflow during tax season.

Required Qualifications

- Advanced English proficiency (required).
- 3-5 years of experience in U.S. taxation.
- Strong experience preparing Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S.
- Experience with Drake, Lacerte, UltraTax, or ProSeries.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations.
- CPA/CA candidate is a plus.
