We are currently seeking a Production Support - Software Development to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
1. L2 Production Support Engineer:
Job Description Mandatory Skills:
- Strong in Unix
- Strong in writing SQL queries.
- AWS knowledge and minimum hands on is preferable
- Knowledge on any other scripting/Coding languages - preferably Java
Details:
- Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
- Also help with code fixes and rigorous testing where required
- Good knowledge of Unix, SQL and scripting languages
- Work on supporting Product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms.
- Work effectively in collaboration with other team members
- Provide technical feedback and support to Development teams Perform detailed RCA of issues in production, and implement corrective actions Validated collaboration and communication skills, being able to lead in a integral environment
- AWS certification is added advantage
