Job Title: Account Director
Location: Mexico City
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full sales cycles and consistently meet or exceed quotas.
- Build and maintain long-term trust with customers.
- Assess client needs and provide suitable solutions to meet those needs.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage account information and processes.
- Analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
- Proven skills in managing client accounts and driving sales.
- Strong ability to assess client needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and account management processes.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.




- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail and hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
