**About the Role**
We're seeking a Remote Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of ******* residential properties.
This is a client-facing, customer service-driven role that does not involve managing staff.
You'll serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and property owners, ensuring smooth operations and prompt issue resolution.
**What You'll Do**
- Manage daily operations for a portfolio of residential rental properties.
- Communicate effectively with tenants, property owners, contractors, and internal teams.
- Manage work orders in AppFolio; coordinate repairs with in-house techs and third-party vendors.
- Approve maintenance invoices and ensure services are completed properly and on time.
- Maintain low tenant delinquency and work within the owner's budget.
- Oversee the turn process for vacant units,



including cleaning and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with local property codes and certifications (e.g., rental licenses, lead certs).
- Handle lease renewals, move-outs, and security deposit reimbursements.
- Keep detailed records and stay organized across multiple tasks and systems.
**What We're Looking For**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and **exceptional customer service skills**:
- Basic knowledge of residential maintenance issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook & Excel)
- Experience with AppFolio or other property management software is a plus
- **Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive problem solver**:
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
**Compensation & Benefits**
- $12 USD/hour
