Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, you as a Shipping Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and executing domestic and international shipments of finished goods, components, and subassemblies to distribution centers, 3PL partners, and customers.
You will ensure that all shipping activities comply with corporate policies, quality standards, and Mexico-U.S. customs regulations, while maintaining accurate and timely data within the ERP system.
You will play a key role in logistics execution, customer service coordination, and shipment documentation accuracy.
This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the authority to stop shipments or processes when requirements related to quality, safety, compliance, or ethics are not met.
About the Job:
- Coordinate and schedule shipments of finished goods, components, and subassemblies to distribution centers, 3PL providers, and customers.
- Generate and manage shipping documentation, including Packing Lists, Invoices, Bills of Lading (Carta Porte), and Shipping Manifests, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Update and maintain ERP system transactions (JD Edwards preferred) related to shipping, customer service, and inventory movements.

- Execute customer service activities related to shipment coordination and delivery follow-up.
- Exercise authority to stop shipments when there are doubts regarding shipping instructions or when requirements are not fully met.
- Stop any process or activity that does not comply with quality, safety, health, environmental, ethical, or labor standards, including the Code of Conduct.
- Support planning and execution of logistics activities to meet service levels and operational objectives.

About You:
- High School diploma required or more than 2 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar or related logistics or shipping role.
- Knowledge of logistics and shipping processes.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Effective communication skills and situational adaptability.
- Ability to plan and execute tasks with attention to detail.
- Basic to intermediate English (approximately 40%); bilingual proficiency preferred.
- Experience using ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.- Strong focus on quality, compliance, and operational discipline.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
