We are looking for a strategic, curious, and technically strong **Growth Insights Analyst** to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization.
This is not just a reporting role.
You will proactively uncover insights that shape marketing strategy, optimize investment, and strengthen the connection between performance and business outcomes.
You will help create consistency in how we measure, analyze, and report marketing performance by developing best practices, standardizing reporting frameworks, and aligning teams around shared definitions of success.

Key Responsibilities
- **Ask better questions**: Understand the real business problem behind data requests and propose impactful analytical approaches.
- **Surface proactive insights**: Identify trends, growth opportunities, retention drivers, and efficiency improvements.
- **Build actionable dashboards**: Design and maintain self-service dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) with clear KPI visibility.
- **Conduct deep-dive analysis**: Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, funnel optimization, and ROI.
Deliver executive-ready insight briefs.
- **Partner cross-functionally**: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and GTM teams to align on metrics and translate insights into action.
- **Tell the story with data**: Present complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Champion data integrity**: Identify and help resolve data quality issues.
- **Develop best practices**: Standardize definitions, taxonomies, and measurement frameworks across marketing channels.
RequirementsExperience
- 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science,



or a growth-focused analytical role.
Technical Skills
- Strong SQL skills (complex querying & data manipulation)
- Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and modeling
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar visualization tools
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
Analytical & Strategic Skills
- Experience analyzing marketing funnels, cohorts, and campaign effectiveness
- Ability to connect insights to business goals and financial outcomes
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with ambiguity
