**About the role**:
We're on a mission to make sustainable consumption the default choice.
As a Product Manager, you'll build products that shape both sides of our marketplace—creating seamless customer experiences while empowering our partners and vendors to thrive.
You'll operate at the intersection of growth, marketplace dynamics, and user experience, working closely with a global, cross-functional team—and directly with our founders—to deliver impactful solutions used by millions worldwide.
**What You'll Do**
Own and execute product initiatives end-to-end across customer experience, seller experience, and growth—delivering high-impact features with speed and quality:
- Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and tickets for all features
- Manage day-to-day execution with engineering (prioritization, clarification, unblocking)
- Own QA and release quality—test features yourself on top of our QA team, define edge cases, and ensure high standards before launch
- Improve the full customer journey (discovery → checkout → post-purchase)




- Build and optimize seller tools (inventory, pricing, order management)
- Help launch new markets and adapt the product for different regions
- Work on integrations with partners (marketplaces, brands, telcos)
- Support category expansion and catalog scaling through tooling and automation
**What we're looking for**:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in a high-growth startup, marketplace, or e-commerce environment **MUST**
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and marketplace mechanics **MUST**
- **Advanced English level Upper B2- C1**
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for building intuitive, high-impact user experiences
- Analytical and commercially minded, comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure success
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
