Join us as a Trainer to oversee training and development for Uline's Mexico Finance team, expanding our staff's skills as we continue to grow as a top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials!

**Position Responsibilities**
- Conduct onboarding, provide mentoring and follow-up training for all new hires.
- Create, update and maintain department training materials.
- Deliver presentations as needed to provide additional learning support to new hires and existing team members.
- Report employee performance to leadership.
**Minimum Requirements**
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree **preferred.
**
- 1+ years of experience in a Finance role **preferred.
**




- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
- Travel to Uline's North American locations for auditing and training as needed.
