Job Overview
We are a U.S.based real estate investment company looking for a **motivated Real Estate Sales Representative** to join our team remotely from **Merida**.
This role involves speaking with property owners in the United States, building rapport, and helping them explore **cash sale options for their homes**.

Compensation

**Responsibilities**:
- Speak with U.S. property owners by phone and follow up with leads
- Build rapport and understand homeowners' situations
- Present cash offer opportunities for their property




- Manage leads and conversations in our CRM system
- Follow up consistently with potential sellers
- Work closely with our acquisitions team to close deals
- Maintain professional communication in fluent English
**Requirements**:
