**Position Overview**
We are seeking a **Digital Ads Specialist (Independent Contractor)** based in Guadalajara who can drive **consistent, qualified new patient acquisition** through paid advertising.
This is a **part-time contractor role averaging approximately 10 hours per week**, focused on performance and results—not time spent.
Success is defined by one primary outcome:
Generating qualified new patient leads that convert into booked appointments at an efficient cost.
You must understand how to build and optimize **full marketing funnels**, not just run ads.




You will collaborate closely with our **Content Creator / Community Manager** to ensure alignment across all marketing efforts.
**Independent Contractor Structure (Important)**
This is an **independent contractor role**, not an employee position.
- Flexible schedule (no fixed working hours)

- Responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and expenses
- Free to work with other clients (no conflict of interest)
**Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising Management**
- Create, launch, and manage campaigns on:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Optimize campaigns to improve:
- Cost per qualified lead
- Lead-to-appointment conversion rate
- Overall campaign efficiency
**Funnel & Conversion Optimization**
- Build and optimize:
- Landing pages
- Lead capture systems
- Identify and fix funnel bottlenecks
- Ensure leads are **qualified and aligned with our idóneo patient profile**
**KPI Tracking & Reporting**
- Track and report key metrics, including:
- **Qualified new patient leads (PRIMARY KPI)**:
- Cost per qualified lead
- Cost per booked appointment
- Conversion rates across the funnel
- Deliver **clear, data-driven reports directly to leadership**:
- Make recommendations based on performance data
**Collaboration**
- Work alongside Content Creator / Community Manager to:
- Align messaging and creative strategy




- Test and improve campaign performance
- Coordinate with leadership on goals, budgets, and scaling strategy
**Required Qualifications**
- Must reside in **Guadalajara, Mexico**:
- Strong English communication skills
- Proven experience managing:
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Google Ads
- Strong understanding of:
- Marketing funnels
- Landing pages and conversion optimization
- Experience tracking and reporting KPIs tied to business outcomes
- Comfortable being held accountable to measurable results
**Technical Requirements**
- Reliable personal computer
- Strong, stable internet connection
- Familiarity with:
- Google Analytics
- CRM platforms (preferred but not required)
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in healthcare, chiropractic, or personal injury marketing
- Experience with GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of ad creative and copywriting strategy
