Business Development Manager (Partnership & Channel Growth)
At Mstar, we are scaling our footprint in the financial services and Auto Financing industry in Mexico.

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to lead our B2B expansion, forge high-impact strategic partnerships, and drive channel growth from the ground up.

If you have a proven track record in fintech, automotive platforms, or B2B financial networks, and you thrive on negotiating deals and structuring growth channels, we want to hear from you!

Location: Mexico City (On-site at Paseo de la Reforma offices)

- Spanish (Bilingual/Primary) + Business Fluent English

You will lead our Partnership & Channel Growth strategy for our automotive financing business line.

Your main focus will be establishing and managing networks of used car dealers, B2B financial brokers, and key operational vendors (GPS hardware and vehicle inspection services).

B2B Channel Expansion: Acquire and manage relationships with used car dealers, auto platforms, and financial marketplace channels to drive partnership volume.




• Broker & Incentive Frameworks: Design B2B broker incentive structures, commission schemes, and co-marketing growth plans.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Underwriting, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure high-quality lead generation and smooth fulfillment.

Target Persona & Adecuado Background

- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Channel Growth within Fintech, Lending, or Automotive Platforms.
- Skills: Proven dealer network building, strong vendor negotiation skills, and commercial drive within the CDMX/Mexico market.
- Spanish and Business Fluent English.
