Senior Product Manager

One Call is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of digital products that improve customer experiences and drive business impact.

Gather customer insights through research, feedback, and data analysis to identify opportunities and solve real user problems.

Define KPIs and measure product performance to drive continuous improvement.

Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, growth, and optimization.

Advocate for an exceptional user experience by incorporating customer feedback into product decisions.

Continuously iterate based on data, market trends, and customer needs.

Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
~Experience working with Agile product development teams.
~ Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
~ Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
~ Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms.
