The collections agent is responsible for notifying the customer of an outstanding balance (Down Payment, Monthly Payment, Endorsement Fee, Auxiliary Product Fee, Chargeback) and assisting the customer with processing the outstanding balance over the phone via Credit Card/Debit Card or by guiding the customer to visit their nearest branch when paying with cash.
$ 2,712 + (700 dlls average) monthly/biweekly commissions
Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 4:40 pm, Sat 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, Sun off
