**Your role at Baxter**:
This is where you are accountable for leading all aspects of supply planning for a specified portfolio of key products within Baxter supply chain!
The Market Planner position manages inventory at country or cluster level.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Manage Inventory
- Examine and mitigate supply exceptions at country level and drive communications between the commercial team, customer support, Quality, Network Planners, and fulfillment teams regarding gaps between inventory and customer demand especially in import markets.
- Work with Network Planners to mitigate short and medium-term supply and inventory issues and determine strategy for communicating gaps between inventory and customer demand to commercial team.
- In import scenarios, manage fulfillment within country nodes,



along with driving process optimization and continuous improvement ideas and projects.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Demand Planning to synchronize all supply processes for Baxter General Business Unit in charge and other key strategic product families.
- Communicates portfolio supply requirements to appropriate domestic and international manufacturing sites to ensure supply constraints and costs are mitigated and communicated appropriately.
**What you'll bring**:
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Knowledge in Medical Devices Industry is highly desired
- Skilled in ISC Planning, including calculations for inventory
- 5+ years of validated experience in supply and/or deployment planning
- International Planning and international Trade experience
- Proactive inventory calculations
- Great communication skills in both English & Spanish
- Proactive and planning abilities
