We are seeking a highly motivated **Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator** to join our client's team in the pharmaceutical industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in coordinating recruitment activities while supporting the hiring process for early careers talent across Latin America.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Management of day-to-day queries relating their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an **effective and timely manner**and escalated where necessary.
- Ensuring stakeholders are **continually appraised and updated** on the relevant processes.
**Skills & Experience**:
**You'll need to demonstrate**:
- Fluency in written and spoken **English and Spanish is required**; Portuguese is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous **administrative or customer service experience** in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to support users in setting up and navigating **applicant tracking systems** (ATS), preferably Workday.




- **Basic knowledge of recruitment processes** is a plus, but not mandatory.
- A **strong customer orientation** with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- **Organizational and problem-solving abilities**, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities.
- The ability to work well in both **individual and team settings**, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
- A genuine **interest in recruitment and administration**, with a passion for learning and growth in these areas.
