Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely follow-up on purchase orders, shipments, and invoicing while meeting service level commitments.

Collaborate with Planning, Production, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure product availability and demand fulfillment.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates as needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining high service standards.
Meet individual and team performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction,



and quality standards

Minimum Qualifications
~ Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
~1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Customer Service roles within a manufacturing environment.
~ Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
~ Advanced English (business and conversational proficiency).
~ Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent), capacity planning, and production constraint management.

Preferred Qualifications
Customer portals management.
Shipping and billing experience.
