Mexico City | Executive Leadership Opportunity
GOSECO International Executive Search® has been exclusively retained to identify a Director, Government & Corporate Affairs – Mexico for a Fortune 500 multinational industrial organization.

We are not seeking current or former government officials .

We are interested in connecting with senior executives from publicly traded multinational companies who have successfully led Corporate Affairs, Government Relations, Regulatory Affairs, Institutional Relations, or Public Policy functions while representing their organizations before federal and state authorities, industry associations, and key external stakeholders.

The ideal executive will have: Executive experience within a multinational corporation.
A proven track record engaging with government as a corporate representative,not as a public official.

Strong business acumen with the ability to align public policy and regulatory strategy with commercial objectives.

Executive presence, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

This is a unique opportunity to become a key member of the executive leadership team, serving as the primary liaison between the organization and federal, state, and industry stakeholders while helping shape long-term business strategy and public policy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead executive-level relationships with federal, state, and municipal government authorities.

Develop and execute Government & Corporate Affairs strategy.





Monitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting the business.

Represent the organization before industry associations and key external stakeholders.

Advise executive leadership on public policy, regulatory, and institutional matters.

Build strategic partnerships that support sustainable business growth.

Adecuado Background
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Political Science, Public Administration, International Relations, Commerce, or a related discipline.

An MBA or Master's degree is preferred.

Extensive experience in Government Affairs, Public Affairs, Corporate Affairs or Institutional Relations.

Strong network within Mexico’s federal and state government environment.

Executive presence with exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills.

Experience representing large multinational organizations or leading industrial companies.

Deep understanding of Mexico’s legislative and regulatory landscape.

Fluent English and Spanish.
