**Key Requirements**:
- Engineering degrees, Bachelor's degrees, or r elated experience.
- R equired experience in similar position: 3 years or more
- Experience in staff supervision
- English Level: Intermediate Conversational
- Knowledge of Pull and FIFO systems
**Responsibilities**:
- Cultivates a safety culture, and implements and enforces workplace safety rules and policies
- May evaluates team performance, and promote continuous improvement
- Achieves quality standards by communicating goals and leveraging resources to solve problems
- Understands and consistently administers company policies
- Performs all other duties as assigned
