**Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities in English and Spanish.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Encourage independence, creativity, and curiosity through play-based learning.
- Support children in developing early communication, motor, and social skills.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues about children's progress.
- Follow school policies, health and safety guidelines, and daily routines.
**Qualifications**
- Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education (or related field).
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Experience working with young children in a preschool or nursery setting.
- Strong classroom management, creativity,



and teamwork skills.
- Warm, patient, and enthusiastic personality.
