We are seeking a Team Lead Bookkeeper to oversee a team of bookkeeping professionals supporting U.S. CPA firms and clients while ensuring accurate financial reporting and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a team of bookkeeping associates.
- Review financial statements, reconciliations, and reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of bookkeeping tasks.
- Communicate with clients to resolve accounting issues.
- Monitor team productivity and quality standards.
- Drive process improvements and mentor junior staff.

Required Qualifications

- Advanced English proficiency (required).
- 3-5 years of bookkeeping or accounting outsourcing experience.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, and U.S. GAAP.

Experience Reviewing The Work Of Other Team Members.

- Leadership and communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- CPA/CA candidate is a plus.
