Accounts Receivable Specialist

IMPORTANT: Only candidates holding a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting will be considered. Applicants with degrees in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields will not be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
- Process and reconcile incoming customer payments accurately and on time.
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances with the general ledger.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate payment resolutions with customers.
- Prepare aging reports, collection reports, and AR analyses.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Treasury, and other Finance teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and corporate procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounts receivable processes and internal controls.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is mandatory.
- 3–5 years of stable experience in Accounts Receivable
- Solid experience with bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and collections.
- Previous experience in a multinational company is highly preferred.
- Advanced English (written and spoken) is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SAP
