- Provide technical and commercial support to sales teams, ensuring effective positioning of products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate with global manufacturing facilities to support project execution and optimize business opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and develop a commercial team while driving performance and accountability.
- Collaborate with regional and general stakeholders to achieve sales targets and advance strategic business initiative

A successful Market Manager should have:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Advanced English proficiency with the ability to interact confidently in global environments.
- 8-10 years of experience within the electrical industry.
- Strong experience in transformers, power distribution, or related electrical equipment.
- Proven track record in business development and technical-commercial sales.
- Experience developing and executing market growth strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing commercial teams.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, bids, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on commercial approach.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required.
