- Develop and implement EHS strategies and programs across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate workplace conditions to identify potential hazards.
- Lead training sessions to promote awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high safety standards.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with site leaders to foster safety and environmental responsibility.
- Prepare and present EHS performance reports to senior management.

- A degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
