- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Supports the success of an assigned team of Salespeople, including Account Managers, and Business Development Sales Representatives in the Head Quarter Office
- Coordinate the customer involvement (Ex. Meetings, Price nego) of Head Office personnel when needed, including support resources, team members, and management.
- Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines monthly/yearly
- Supports initiatives that ensure product profitability.
- Achieves product growth targets in the assigned geography or account base.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Completes required reporting/analysis within the assigned timeframe.
- Develop new customers for new business in the assigned market and product.




- Meeting summary to be sent to the customer and reported internally within 5 days
- Research and report of assigned market and product for new business sales
- Manage A/R Claims to be zero
- Manage A/R Past due 10 days minimum
- Attend internal meetings and prepare reports
- Write weekly or specific reports required by the HQ/ Mexico Office
- Create and update customer profiles to have in dept knowledge of each account
