**Description and Requirements**:
CSP GSM is a CFT (customer-focused team) that answers for CSP project supply sustainability & CSP customized unique BMS implementation in procurement operations, by handling CSP unique/AVAP suppliers supply and working with all supply chain functions for end-to-end demand and supply clarity.
To maximize CX,



CSP GSM is also serving as the supply focal point for, e.g., M1 NPI team, offering daily & immediate supply support.
- NPI Supply focal, chasing supply with suppliers/internal crossfunctions, and answering to customers directly
- Supply focal for US MP new PFAM Qual programs risk-buy suppl.y
- Present client and internal cross-functions on the synergy of M1 NPI supply data and customer review
- Work on the material API target to promote smooth pilot runs in NPI EV/DV phases.
- Coordinate on M1 NPI supply solutions.
- Manage multiple-party relationships and communications among CSP unique/AVAP suppliers, SI & customers on a daily basis.s
- Bridge between internal NPI and MP project teams during the transition phase
- Manage CSP supply from NPI launch to EOL.
- Implement supply PULL BMS to manage NPI PI level, the key is to make high-value key commodity pull following BO ONLY
- CSP project-level premium & expediting cost submission and tracking with CF/customer directly for refund options
- Unique CSP process/BMS setup with cross-functional teams to maximize CSP CX
- Work with CSP CF/OE/ODT/PBM/planning/GSM/GCM/Quality/Development teams for end-to-end supply chain demand & supply clarity, short-term and long-term;
- Drive risk Buyahead request, and early supply involvement in the project roadmap if necessary
- Drive CSP project inventory healthiness.
