**Mission**:
**Daily activities (not limited)**:
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate potential M&A; opportunities, including performing valuation analyses, such as DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.




- Assist in the preparation of pitch books and other presentation materials for client meetings and internal discussions.
- Attend internal meetings with the M&A; team and external meetings with clients, advisors, and potential targets.
- Assist in the negotiation and structuring of M&A; transactions, including drafting and reviewing transaction documents and agreements.
- Coordinate with legal, tax, and other advisors to ensure a smooth and timely execution of transactions.
**Profile**:
**Location**:Mexico City.
- Major in finance, economics, business administration, engineering, or accounting.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, M&A; or a related field.
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
