**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with product owners on backlog creation, grooming, and prioritization.
- Analyze and map current vs. future state business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs.
- Partner with QA teams to ensure requirements traceability and test coverage.
- Support the implementation of healthcare technology solutions.
- Drive data analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Work with Scrum Masters and Project Managers to support Agile delivery.
- Provide process and domain expertise to nearshore delivery teams.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- 10+ years of IT industry experience, including 6+ years in Business Analysis roles.
- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Solid understanding of business process modeling techniques (BPMN, UML).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills (verbal and written).




- Experience with requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally).
**Role-specific Requirements**:
- Healthcare domain experience (payer, provider, EHR/EMR systems, claims, or regulatory compliance).
- Knowledge of US healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, ICD-10).
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, CSPO, or Agile BA.
- Experience in nearshore/offshore delivery environments.
- Familiarity with BI and data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
