**Position Summary**:
Electrical Site Manager with extensive experience in engineering development, assembly, testing, commissioning, and supervision of electrical systems for industrial plants.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Develop basic and detailed engineering for electrical systems, including specifications, data sheets, calculation reports, material lists, procurement requests, single-line and three-line diagrams, and coordination of deliverables.
- Coordinate factory engineering for Protection, Control & Measurement (PC&M;) sections and SCADA systems.
- Supervise assembly, primary testing,



and commissioning of low and medium voltage electrical equipment.
- Conduct factory acceptance tests (FAT) inspections and coordinate on-site testing with certified laboratories (LAPEM, INEEL).
- Ensure compliance with national and international standards (NOM, NMX, Grid Code, IEC, IEEE, ANSI, among others).
- Act as technical liaison with electrical installation verification units (UVIE) and end clients.
- Solve engineering discrepancies and supervise the preparation of "As Built" documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of design and engineering management tools: AutoCAD, Navisworks, Project Wise, Enovia.
