**Responsibilities**
- Lead the testing efforts for core commerce solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
- Create and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
- Provide expertise in manual end-to-end business process assurance ensuring thorough coverage and defect identification.
- Utilize testing tools and frameworks to automate repetitive tasks and improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements identify test scenarios and ensure comprehensive test coverage.




- Monitor and report on test metrics providing insights into test progress defect trends and overall product quality.
- Manage and prioritize testing activities ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
- Coordinate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure a seamless testing process.
- Implement best practices for test management using tools like TestRail and Jira enhancing team productivity and collaboration.
- Conduct regular reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all testing activities.
- Contribute to the development of testing strategies for multi-channel solutions enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
