CBS HRIS PROCESS ANALYST
MISSION
This position will be responsible for validating Business Processes within HCM system, make sure standards are respected and related information, System tools are properly used by internal partners.
In addition to this, will provide support for HR, Managers and Michelin employees in general for Canada, Mexico and United States, about processes related to the personnel lifecycle as Michelin employees.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
- Verifies accuracy and consistency of the data entered into the system, ensuring data compliance and appropriate security protection




- Analyses impact on others processes and coordinate actions, if relevant.
- Ensures that data providers respect the data processing procedures and alerts them in the event of non correct data.
Identifies rejections, manages the correction in the information system.
- Analyses problems and issues.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Understand and conform to policies for treatment of PII (Personal Identifying information).
- Validate the data entered by internal partners, respecting standards and rules.
- Recommend procedural changes (process improvements) if necessary.
- Communicate to the next levels, issues and requests from internal partners' not in the scope according to the position responsibilities and the security role in the system.
- Resolve requests assigned to the project in _JIRA_ and Service _Now._
- Deliver reports to internal partners and third party organizations, that satisfy their needs and standards.
Ensures the consistency of the different reports.
- Notify the MDQM on any persistent non-quality data entered.
- Ensure compliance with the information treatment procedures by internal partners.
- Ensure the accuracy of the interface between HCM and the downstream processes.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCESSFULLY CONTRIBUTE TO OUR PURPOSE?
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources or roles with experience in employee attention.
- English C1 is required- Teamwork, good analysis skills, operational excellence.
