**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Proposal Creation & Coordination**
- Develop comprehensive, persuasive proposals including supporting documentation, visuals, and company credentials.
- Write, revise, and edit content such as executive summaries, value propositions, and conclusions tailored to client requirements.
2. **Opportunity Analysis & Proposal Planning**
- Analyze incoming Requests for Proposals (RFPs), RFIs, and business opportunities to identify client goals, key deliverables, and submission requirements.
- Coordinate internal strategy meetings to align on priorities and structure proposal responses.
3. **Proposal Project Management**
- Set timelines and manage the proposal development process, from kickoff through submission.
- Track progress, lead content collection and review cycles, and secure all necessary approvals to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
4. **Knowledge & Resource Management**
- Maintain and enhance the internal RFP answer library, templates, and supporting documents.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to continuously improve BD tools, templates, and workflows.
- Use Apollo.io, Active Campaign, and other tools to identify, qualify, and engage potential leads.
6. **Administrative & Sales Support**
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development team including scheduling, document preparation, and reporting.




- Assist with marketing campaigns, event planning, and client-facing materials.
- Support cross-functional efforts to align sales, marketing, and operational strategies.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience in proposal writing, editing, and project management.
- Proficiency with Apollo.io, Active Campaign, Salesforce, and other lead generation or CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
**Preferred Experience**
- Experience in responding to public and private-sector proposals.
