**Position: Project Manager - Supply Chain Solutions (Hybrid)**
**Location**: Monterrey, N.L. | **Work Mode**: Hybrid
**Salary Range**: $90,000 - $110,000 MXN monthly
**On-site Requirement**:
- Required to attend the office **every Wednesday for 2 hours**
**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive **Project Manager** with strong experience in **supply chain planning solution implementation**, excellent communication skills, and solid project delivery capabilities under agile methodologies.
**Requirements**:
- **Advanced English** (spoken and written)
- Experience implementing **supply chain solutions** (e.g., Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.)
- Experience in **project delivery management**:
- Familiarity with **SCRUM / JIRA** and agile planning solution implementations
- Strong command of:
- OTDS and QA communication
- Risk management and timeline control




- Cross-functional team coordination
- Monitoring execution to ensure quality and meeting project requirement
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams
- Manage tasks, schedules, and project priorities
- Control timelines, identify risks, and ensure project delivery
- Maintain high-quality standards aligned with business goals
- Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
