**POSITION PURPOSE**:
Review, control and process the utilities bills and invoices of the material received in Warehouse, send the details of payments to the vendors, issue and post the checks of the check run approved, make journal entries for the close of each month and update freight report.
**REQUIRED EDUCATION**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiance
- English 75%
**EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTITUDES**:
- Knowledge of BPCS/Mole, AS400
- Intermediate knowledge of EXCEL
- Accounting knowldge
- Experiene in Accounts Payables
- Ability to mutitask and work well under pressure
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB AUTHORITY**:
- Print and stuff checks
- Review and process invoices
- Work with purchasing the resolve descrepancies
- Analyze and process accruals
