**Your Impact**:
As an Account Executive at Cisco, you will be responsible for managing CGEM APJC clients operating in Mexico through both direct and channel go-to-market distribution models.
You will proactively identify and pursue market opportunities by segment, leveraging available resources to drive year-over-year sales growth.
Possessing a strong "hunter" mentality, you will combine strategic sales expertise with a commitment to building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
In this matrixed environment, you will adopt a customer-first approach, striving to create mutually beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders.
Your role will be pivotal in increasing company revenue by identifying new sales opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients.
By thoroughly understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions, you will enhance customer satisfaction and cultivate long-term partnerships.
Through effective strategic account planning and execution,
you will contribute to elevating Cisco's visibility and reputation within the market.
As a key liaison between customers and internal teams, you will ensure seamless communication and collaboration to achieve client objectives.
Additionally, by providing valuable insights from customer interactions and market trends, you will support the ongoing development and refinement of Cisco's sales strategies.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 7+ years of experience in account management and technology sales
- Shown creative problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and results-oriented, with excellent prioritization and organizational skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Consistently exceeds sales targets, with a proven record of success
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong understanding of business culture and practices in Mexico
- Proficient in Spanish and English

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components.
For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target.
Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
