**Key Responsibilities**
- Own strategy and execution for Google Ads campaigns across multiple verticals
- Manage full-funnel campaign structures (Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube, Demand Gen)
- Optimize budgets, bids,



and structure for scale and efficiency
- Monitor and improve Google Merchant Center feeds and integrations
- Implement and troubleshoot tracking (GA4, tags, pixel integrations)
- Create high-impact audience strategies based on performance data
- Develop detailed performance reports using Looker Studio and GA4
- Collaborate with the creative team to guide ad copy and visual strategy
- Lead A/B testing and rapid experimentation to uncover new growth opportunities
**Qualifications**
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts at scale
- Proven success managing budgets of $500K+ per month for a client
- Mastery of Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and fluency with GA4, Looker Studio, and attribution models
- Experience working in fast-paced agencies or performance-driven environments
- Excellent communication and attention to detai
- Bonus: Microsoft, Meta and Pinterest Ads experience
**Location & Compensation**
