**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information about products and services to address customer questions and concerns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by clarifying problems, researching solutions, and implementing appropriate actions.
- Escalate unresolved issues as needed while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Retain and recall product and process information to resolve customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
